Deadline approaching for applications to the Future Leaders programme!

Could you lead the future in a challenging urban school? Do you have Qualified Teacher Status and want to use it again to improve education for every child?

Whatever your current position is, if you share the following beliefs then the Future Leaders could be the programme for you:

* All children can succeed, regardless of background
* The most challenging schools need the best leadership
* You have the potential, with the right training and support, to be a senior leader within 12 months and a headteacher within four years

Future Leaders is a unique, schools-led programme to develop senior leaders for challenging urban schools. This year, we are recruiting, supporting and developing up to 20 exceptional existing or former teachers with strong leadership potential to enter into a senior leadership position (e.g. deputy head) in a London secondary school after a year?s intensive experience-based training in a residency school.

You can find out more and apply online at www.future-leaders.org.uk. Deadline for applications is Friday 2nd June.

Contact Carina at carina.grimaldi@future-leaders.org.uk or on 0207 227 9854.

Future Leaders is supported by: The National College for School Leadership (NCSL), Absolute Return for Kids (ARK) and the Specialist Schools and Academies Trust (SSAT).
